Armageddon - Sodom & Gomorrah population relativity calculations

So God advised Abraham that he was going to destroy Sodom and Gomorrah because of all the wickedness done there.
Genesis 18:23-24
23 And Abraham drew near, and said, Wilt thou also destroy the righteous with the wicked?
24 Peradventure there be fifty righteous within the city: wilt thou also destroy and not spare the place for the fifty righteous that are therein?

So God then was then willing to spare Sodom and Gomorrah for the sake of Just 50 righteous men if found in those cities as Abram requested.

Revelation 14:1
And I looked, and, lo, a Lamb stood on the mount Sion, and with him an hundred forty and four thousand, having his Father's name written in their foreheads.

So then lets do some calculations taking into account the world population of say 7 billion in the near future- say 1- 10 years.

If the population of Sodom and Gomorrah combined was 2,430,549 people or roughly 2.4 million and we take the figure of 50 righteous men we have a figure of 0.0020571% of total population.

If we take 0.0020571% of 7,000,000,000 or 7 billion of the world population we have 144,000 as mentioned above in Revelations 14.1

See the relationship between Sodom and Gomorrah and Armageddon? There needs to be minimum of 0.0020571% of the worlds population to be righteous before God decides to bring forth revelations.
(this is speculation from my side - so dont quote me on these exact figures as the populations of Sodom and Gomorrah are not accurately available in literature)

I found this info. off a biblical site - the cemetery of Bab edh-Dhra is reported to contain the remains of 500,000 individuals. The cemetery in Safi seems to hold the same number of corpses, another 500,000. The grounds of Feifa hold another 500,000. The cemeteries of Numeria and Khanazir have yet to be located; however, the known number of burials in this relatively small area of the Dead Sea Desert -- 1,500,000 bodies, if you take approximatly another 500,000x2
we have 1,5million + 1million =2,500,000 or 2,5 million. This is close to my calculation of 2,430,549.
