Jer_14:14 Then the LORD said unto me, The prophets prophesy lies in my name: I sent them not, neither have I commanded them, neither spake unto them: they prophesy unto you a false vision and divination, and a thing of nought, and the deceit of their heart.
Mat_7:15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.
Mat_24:11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many.
Luk_6:26 Woe unto you, when all men shall speak well of you! for so did their fathers to the false prophets.
1Jn_4:1 Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
There are many people nowadays that prophesy from the heart. This is not from the Lord. You know when you receive the word from God, it is undoubtful. Be still rather if you are unsure.
ReplyDeleteDo not talk as though God has given you the tongue of the future when He has not.
But if He has, prophecy the truth!
